SatyaBoard is an infinite canvas where you collect sources — videos, articles, PDFs, notes — and wire the ones that matter into an AI that answers from them.

That last part is the whole idea. A general chatbot answers from the open internet and hopes it guessed your context right. Satya answers from the specific cards you drew a line to, which means you decide what it works from before you ask the question.

Everything else follows from that: cards hold your material, connections define context, and the chat card is where you ask.

Five steps from empty canvas to first answer.

1. 1.Open /boards and create a board.
2. 2.Add a source. Paste a link anywhere on the canvas with ⌘V, drop a file onto it, or pick a tool from the left toolbar.
3. 3.Add a Satya Chat card from the left toolbar.
4. 4.Drag from the dot on the edge of your source card to the dot on the chat card. That line is what puts the source in context.
5. 5.Ask your question.

Every project lives on its own board. The hub at /boards lists them, in a grid or a table, and is where you create, rename, and delete them. You can also rename a board from its title in the board header.

Workspaces group boards together. They organise your own boards into separate spaces — client work apart from personal research, for example. They are not shared live editing sessions; two people cannot draw on the same board at the same time today.

The canvas is infinite in every direction, so nothing you add ever has to fit inside a column or a page.

Boards save themselves as you work. Where they save depends on whether you are signed in.

Three ways onto the canvas, and they all end up in the same place.

Every card type, what it holds, and how to create one.

A group is a frame that holds cards together. Drag cards into it and they snap into a tidy grid, and moving the frame moves everything inside it as one.

Connecting a group to a chat card brings every card inside it into context at once, which makes a group the tidiest way to hand Satya a whole set of research in one line.

Connections decide which of your cards a chat can see.

This is the one rule worth internalising. A card sitting right next to your chat card, touching it, perfectly relevant, is invisible to Satya until you draw a line between them. Proximity means nothing; the wire means everything.

The upside is control. A board can hold fifty sources while a question only sees the four that matter, which keeps answers sharp and stops unrelated material from bleeding into them.

A chat card holds as many separate conversations as you want, so you can keep a script draft and a research thread apart without building a second board. New chat starts a thread, and Recents moves between the ones you already have.

If a reply is wrong, the thumbs down on the message opens a report that goes off with a reference to that conversation attached, so it can be traced without you having to reconstruct what happened.

What Satya is allowed to use

Two switches under Settings in the chat composer decide where an answer may come from.

Every chat picks its own model, so you can run a cheap model for summaries and a frontier one for the hard question without changing any settings.

Some answers come back as something you can use rather than something you read. Satya can produce images, tables, emails, ads, landing pages, and PDF documents.

Add to canvas turns any of them into a real card, already connected to the chat that made it — so the output keeps a visible link back to its reasoning, and you can feed it into the next question.

What comes off a card, and in what shape. The full set of options lives on the artifact in chat; a card on the board carries a shorter version of the same menu.

The extension does two jobs that a web app cannot do on its own: capture ads from Meta’s Ads Library, and reach pages that block automated fetching.

Once it is in Chrome, open the popup and choose Connect Satya account.

Saving ads

On a Meta Ads Library page each ad gets a Save to Satya button, or use Save all visible to capture everything currently on screen. Saved ads collect in the Swipe File drawer on your boards, ready to place.

Pages Satya cannot fetch

Some sites sit behind a CAPTCHA or a bot check, and a web card for them will come back empty. The extension solves this by using the browser you already passed the check in.

1. 1.Open the page in a normal Chrome tab and clear the CAPTCHA yourself.
2. 2.Click Sync this tab to Satya in the extension popup.
3. 3.Go back to your board and reload it — the web card picks up the page you synced.

Asking Satya something costs credits, and a long answer over a lot of connected material costs more than a short one over a little. The meter in the corner of your board shows what is left. Everything else — adding cards, moving them, connecting them, importing and transcribing your sources — does not draw on the pool.

Plans & Billing in your account menu shows where you stand, and Manage subscription there opens the billing portal to change or cancel. Cancelling leaves your boards intact and your plan active until the period you already paid for ends.

There is no password. Either continue with Google, or enter your email and we send a six-digit code for you to type in. First time through, you also give your name, your company, and how big your team is.

Your name, avatar, and details live under Profile in the account menu.

Templates are pre-built boards for a specific job, already wired up with the cards and connections that job needs. Opening one and choosing Use this template creates a real board of your own from it, which you can then change however you like.
